Okay guys! It’s time for another at home workout! I can’t believe its been 2 month since I’ve shared the last 20 minute workout, a no equipment HIIT workout. And since almost everyone is sheltering at home, I think it’s important more than ever to be exercising and keeping our health in check.
I’m not even going to try and fake it. For the first few weeks I’ve been at home I thought that I could slack on my workouts, but the longer I’ve been home the more I’ve realized that’s not the best idea. I need to be maintaining my health and fitness. Not letting it go to waste.
Just because we’re home that doesn’t mean we have to give up our routines. We just have to get more creative.
So for the next few weeks I’ll be putting 20 minute workouts on the blog along with my usual health and wellness posts. Here’s to staying home and staying fit!
20 Minute At Home ab Workout
This ab workout is difficult enough with no weights, but if you want to throw in some dumbbells to make your muscles work a little bit harder then go for it girl!
You should be able to get 2 rounds of this done in 20 minutes or less, but if you have more time on your hands than that, complete 3 – 4 rounds of all of the exercises. Your abs are going to burn after this! If you’re interested in other 20 minute workouts check them out here.
