I love doing quick 20 minute workouts almost as much as I love lifting weights. And I’m all about sharing the love and helping women like me reach their body goals, or at the very least, get active.
These quick workouts are great because they get your heart rate up and they work your muscles enough that you don’t feel guilty about not being able to go to the gym. And even I can admit that going to the gym can be a hassle sometimes.
Simple 20 Minute At Home Workout
This leg workout is difficult enough with no equipment, but if you want to throw in some dumbbells to make your muscles work a little bit harder then go for it girl!
You should be able to get 2 rounds of this done in 20 minutes or less, but if you have more time on your hands than that, complete 3 – 4 rounds of all of the exercises. Your legs are going to hurt so good! If you’re interested in other 20 minute workouts check them out here.
