20 minute workouts have become my thing whenever I don’t feel like going to the gym. And lately that’s been often now that it’s cold where I live. Once I get off of work I really just want to go home and relax. And on the days that I do end up going home instead of the gym I feel bad about not working out. So now that I have some weights and resistance bands at home, I don’t have to feel guilty anymore more and I can just hop up and do a quick workout.
Recently I’ve been focusing on building up my upper body strength since I’ve been slacking on it for the past couple of months. So this 20 minute workout is comprised of some of my favorite effective exercises. And even though this workout is focused on strength, don’t worry, you’ll still be able to get your heart rate up with this one. Be ready to feel this in your arms the next day!
20 Minute At Home Upper Body Workout
For this workout you’re going to need a pair of dumbbells. 10 pounds will work well. You should be able to get 2 rounds of this done in 20 minutes or less, but if you have more time on your hands than that, definitely try to complete 3 – 4 rounds of all of the exercises.
