Another 20 minute workout for the books! I’ve decided to add another 20 minute workout to the sort of “series” that I’ve created and have thoroughly enjoyed. This is an ab workout that you can do everyday, at home or wherever really because all you need is your body. Although let’s be honest, most people don’t want to workout everyday.
But here’s the deal, if you want visible abs (everyone has abs, but not everyone can see their abs due to body fat vs. muscle) you have to train them at least 3 times a week. This can be directly or indirectly through exercises that use your core. Today we’re focusing on direct training because we want abs that POP!
