For the past 2 weeks I have been adjusting to my new life in Costa Rica. Although I prefer to think of it more as an extended vacation. Either way, it was important for me to find some way to maintain a workout routine while I’m here, even if I have no access to workout equipment. And so far I have been able to make that happen. In between beach excursions and trips through Parrita, Puntarenas I make time to work out at least 4 times a week. A 20 minute full body work out is all I need to feel energized and ready to start my day. Here’s a simple 20 minute workout that I put together for anyone to use whether you are travelling, have a busy schedule or just prefer to workout at home.
