Hey love! Glad you could stop by!
I’m Jazmin – even though Uphoria would be a really cool name. I’m a 25 year old entrepreneur carving my own path in this crazy fitness world.
I started my journey back in January 2017 just looking to put on a few pounds. I was obsessed with yoga at the time, which has its benefits, but it didn’t give me the look that I craved. So I started working out too. I never thought it would grow into this amazing love for health and wellness. Afterwards, I had so many people asking for my help and wanting to know how I made such a drastic change that I decided to start this blog. I became a certified personal trainer and haven’t looked back since.
So what does that mean for you?
Well think of me as your personal trainer friend with a lot of knowledge not only about how to get in shape, but about how to live your life to the fullest. I created Finding Uphoria as a way to explore topics like fitness, wellness, and an overall healthy lifestyle because I believe a fitness journey starts from the inside out.
But why Finding Uphoria?
Because that’s what life is all about. You know that feeling of pure pleasure, excitement, and intense happiness all in one as if you’re weightlessly floating on a cloud. That’s the one.
Well to get that feeling you must start from within and I want to inspire you to do just that.
Through my own journey I’ve realized that it’s not about being the most fit, most healthy, or the most conscious person, even though all of these things are great. Finding Uphoria is about feeling the best about yourself and becoming the best you you can be no matter what your situation is.
And my ultimate goal?
To give relatable fitness advice. To inspire you to take better care of yourself. But mainly, to connect with people around the world including you and be a reminder that the only thing holding you back from experiencing your best self is you.
