I’ve been where you are. For YEARS I struggled to get anywhere over 110 pounds which was the most I ever weighed. I was skinny fat so I was skinny with a high body fat percentage. And I had absolutely no muscle tone.

Why?

BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE ONLY WAY TO GET FIT AND THICK WAS BY EATING ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING OR BY BUYING SYRUPS AND PILLS.

And I was definitely not interested in doing any of that.

I always heard you’ll gain weight when you have kids. Or wait till you get older. Or my favorite, what do you want to workout for? You’re already skinny. As if being skinny is everyone’s goal.

But I knew there had to be a way to gain weight, build curves, and have abs. I just had to figure out the formula.

It took time and consistency but I finally created a custom plan that gave real results!

A plan that builds curves and confidence. And I’m excited to help you do the same!

 

About My Coaching

My custom fitness plans are designed to get you the results that you want in a way that is sustainable for you and allow for a complete lifestyle change! My goal is to guide you through both the physical and mental challenges needed to reach your body goals. What’s my first step?

Complete and submit the application. After you apply, you will be contacted to set up a time to talk with me to determine if you are the right fit for my program.

Do I need to have a gym membership?

Not at all. I can create a work out plan custom with or without the gym. At minimum you will need resistance bands.

Will you create a meal plan for me?

I do not write or offer meal plans. I provide calorie and/or macronutrient goals, along with a grocery list and food suggestions. From there, you choose what you eat to get your results.
